The Seaside amphitheater hosts live music, movies, and community events throughout the year. The Saturday Farmers Market (spring through fall) is one of the best on the Panhandle β local produce, artisan goods, live music, and a gathering energy that captures everything Seaside aspired to be.
Grayton Beach State Park
Beyond the beach, Grayton has paddling on Western Lake (kayak rentals available), miles of hiking trails through coastal dune lake habitat, and some of the best nature photography opportunities on the Gulf Coast. The rare coastal dune lakes here β found in very few places on Earth β support unique ecosystems.
Architecture Walking Tour
Seaside was designed by AndrΓ©s Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk as a prototype for New Urbanism β the movement to design walkable, human-scaled communities.
